Twenty Associates Photo Exhibit

In honor of the 150th anniversary of the incorporation of Hyde Park, Fairmount Neighborhood Association presented an exhibit of photographic portraits by Jim LaFond-Lewis of the remaining 12 homes of the “Original Twenty Associates of Fairmount Hill”. The exhibit was initially displayed at the historic Everett Theater in December 2018, before moving to the Hyde Park Public Library for display through March 2019.

Each portrait was accompanied by a historical note, and observations on the structural changes that each house had undergone, written by Joseph Smith, the president of the Fairmount Hill Neighborhood Association.
